This looks like a roadside hamburger joint, but it's a real jewel-- a place where hunters and hippies can come together and enjoy a real burger made from local and sustainable beef and cooked by a chef who's really committed to keeping local dollars in the local community. Lots else besides burgers, mostly prepared on site with real artisinal commitment. Just the kind of place we need just outside of town.--wayne roberts
